I have rated this 5 stars even though my recent experience with The Rugs did not go smoothly. Lesson to me don't order in the sale and just before Christmas. What cannot be faulted is the company's speedy and professional response to queries and the fact that they were able to apologise when there were difficulties with my orders. It was frustrating for me especially seeing my second choice rugs being passed backwards and forwards through customs in Germany. However we got there in the end and as usual I am extremely pleased with the quality of the rugs purchased and value for money. I have now purchased 6 rugs from them and I am very satisfied with them. The washable runners have been particularly excellant.
