Very happy with the quality, design and price of the rug. Unfortunately, the plastic packaging was delivered open on both ends with noticeable damage to the seam of the rug. Immediately, we contacted customer service via the website which was straightforward. After we shared the photos of the damage, we were offered a discount which we accepted as we are in the Highlands and didn't want to bother with returns etc. Anyway, we did give the feedback that the packaging could do with reinforcement at the ends as delivery guys seem to drag heavy rugs along the ground. We received a cooperative response from The Rugs team.
