Online company selling Rugs! Ordered a long Runner rug. It arrived rolled tightly. Took a while to flatten. However, the Runners edges were cut unevenly. Contact the company who asked for photos which were sent. They then offered a 20% refund or return the runner. Decided to keep but slightly disappointing purchase.
