Rug was ok but I think the delivery company you choose to delivery the rugs needs to improve their service.We arranged for the delivery for a Thursday and given a time slot, delivery never happen, their website stated attempted delivery, but no one was in and a card left. Both was untrue as as we was in all day and we have a ring door bell showing no one came. We again arranged for a re delivery on the Monday and the same thing happen again. There is NO phone number supplied to make contact with the driver, we supplied a phone number and no one called us ! My husband left a strong worded complaint on the delivery companies website and only a response after the delivery happened on the 3rd attempt. In total we had to wait in 3 days for this delivery owing to incompetence and blatant lying by the delivery company.Courier was delivery Ex
