I placed an order for a Christmas gift for my wife on December 3rd. When it hadn’t been delivered by December 18th, I reached out to inquire about tracking. After a few days, they informed me that the package was lost and they would send a replacement. Now, on January 8th, it still hasn’t arrived. Their customer service advised me to wait another 10 days before reaching out again. Frustrating experience with customer support. I hope my wife enjoys the hoodies if they ever show up.
