I’ve just completed it after my second emergency c-section and i’m so happy with the results and the confidence I feel at massaging my scar and building my strength up with the right movements. I knew the importance of massage and movement for scars but had no idea where to start on my own. This course was so informative and takes you through each technique really clearly and progresses through the weeks. The videos are short enough that I could fit it in easily, even with a baby and toddler. I purchased it at 5 months pp as my scar felt very tight and I had a lot of numbness, the difference in two months is amazing, not just in the area around the scar but in my whole body. I just wish I had got it straight away as there were some really useful tips for recovery in the first weeks postpartum too that I wish I’d known sooner.
