After my c section I was left feeling lost with where to begin in my healing journey. Doctors gave me the clear but I was experiencing pelvic floor issues, scar pain, diastasis recti, and a massive overhang. I found these ladies on Tik tok and I’m so grateful I did! This program is concise, easy to follow, and very effective! I LOVE how it’s progressive because I really I had to start from the ground up after my pregnancy. I now feel more confident in my postpartum body, pelvic floor issue resolved, no scar pain, no scar itching, and my overhang has improved tremendously. I’m confident to move forward with some of my old exercises now that I’ve built a strong foundation and will continue referring to these. Thank you Emma and Hannah!
I toyed with the idea of buying the C-section course for far too long. I wish I could rewind time so I could buy it sooner. I was putting up with pain after my section for far too long and I told myself it would eventually go away.At 4 months pp I bit the bullet and bought the course and wow I’m so pleased I did. I committed to the course doing 5/10 minutes massage every night before bed and the pain has totally subsided. I even managed my first half marathon at 9 months postpartum with no pain!!!!I have found Hannah and Emma extremely helpful and easy to ask their advice with really quick replies.The added bonus is the appearance of my scar is so much better and my overhang is definitely disappearing.
This course is just amazing! I’ve just completed it after my second emergency c-section and i’m so happy with the results and the confidence I feel at massaging my scar and building my strength up with the right movements. I knew the importance of massage and movement for scars but had no idea where to start on my own. This course was so informative and takes you through each technique really clearly and progresses through the weeks. The videos are short enough that I could fit it in easily, even with a baby and toddler. I purchased it at 5 months pp as my scar felt very tight and I had a lot of numbness, the difference in two months is amazing, not just in the area around the scar but in my whole body. I just wish I had got it straight away as there were some really useful tips for recovery in the first weeks postpartum too that I wish I’d known sooner. In my opinion this course is vital for anyone who has had a c-section or planning on having one. It has been such a worthwhile investment in my recovery and in my body for the future.
I could not recommend purchasing this course enough. It is bursting full of all of the info needed to aid in a healthy and positive recovery after having a C-Section. This is the information that every birthing person deserves to know about! As a Doula, I have found this course to be extremely helpful as I have learned a range of fantastic techniques to give to my clients including breath work, self massage and pelvic exercises. If you are a busy new parent this course is really manageable and has been designed to help you work through it in your own time. If you don't buy this for yourself then gift it to a new mum, they will be forever grateful!
I enrolled on the c section course knowing I was having a planned section on the 13th February. The course content seems really useful and I can’t wait to progress through the next few months following it to see how it affects my recovery. The team have answered all my questions and they have been very helpful.
This course is essential post c-section care.When I found out I was having an ejective C-section (owing to my stubborn little breech baby), I started researching what that would entail and how to look after myself after major abdominal surgery. To say the information available was limited, would be an understatement.Then, I stumbled across a random TikTok video by 360Mama. It was so quick and clear and helpful and gave me hope that I might actually be able to properly prepare for this surgery. TikTok then led me to their Instagram page, which then led me and their amazing course!For context, I’m currently 17 weeks postpartum and just about coming to the end of the amazing step-by-step videos and guidance. The course is separated into weeks (from pre c-section to 16 weeks). Within each section, there are videos with specific massage techniques and exercises that are appropriate for your stage of healing. Each video is short, easy to follow and very clear with how this will help you feel yourself again.I’m going to continue to revisit the videos as I continue to heal but here are some of the highlights for me, so far:1. Pain free scar. By that I mean, I can touch it, move it, wiggle it around and it just feels like a normal part of my body.2. Excellent physical mobility. I can move my body around and not feel any weird tugging or discomfort in or around the scar. Having a newborn involves a lot of bending, twisting, jiggling, lifting (and who knows what else), and I can do all of this without noticing any issues with my scar. Also, at 12 weeks postpartum, I restarted yoga and joined a Pilates class. I was so pleased that I was able to move my body the way I wanted without any twinges or pain (which is what I expected).3. Improved “overhang”. I would say from week 8 to week 14 I noticed a massive change in the amount of overhang and the tightness of my scar. The videos really helped loosen the whole area so it didn’t feel as constricted. 4. Confidence with my scar. I was really worried about hurting myself or doing the wrong thing while I was healing. This course has given me the confidence to touch my scar and get used to this new addition to my body. I have to attribute most/all of the above to this course. I’m so pleased I stumbled across it and would recommend it to ANYONE who is going for a C-section. This information should be available to everyone and I’m really grateful I managed to find it.My personal next steps are, I’ve still got a small amount of overhang, so I’m hoping if I continue to revisit the videos, this will ease over time (it’s only been 17 weeks after all). I find the “matching layers“ is the only massage technique I’ve found really difficult, so I’m wondering if focussing on that might do the trick? Only time will tell!Anyway, this may be the longest review I’ve ever written but I think, if it helps other c-section mamas heal properly, why not spend some time (during the 4am feed with my baby) typing this.As they say, forewarned is forearmed, and with this course, you’ll be ready to sail through a C-section (and hopefully motherhood too!)
Incredibly beneficial and to the point videos to help with C-section recovery. I wish I had known about it after my first emergency C-section. The massage videos are particularly short and easy to follow whilst the exercise videos are so helpful in relieving aches/pains I didn't realise were due to my scar. The whole progression of the programme is thorough and helpful even months after my second C-section.Emma and Hannah clearly know what they are talking about and have shared their expertise at an incredibly reasonable price. I have also seen Hannah in person for scar massage sessions due to the complexity of my scar recovery and seeing her alongside this course has enabled me to fully take control of my recovery. I never thought I would be able to touch my scar before now and used to make my husband look at it for me. Now I am happy to massage it daily and am pleased with how it looks.Thank you Emma and Hannah
