Called to cancel late due to having an operation and as I was on strong pain killers I was unable to deal with finances on the doctor's orders. I also had to leave my job due to the operation and have been on JSA the past couple of months struggling for cash.4th refunded the payment they had already taken after my 1 year mark where I wanted it cancelled from and voided the 30 day notice period. Very caring on the call and understanding about how restricted I was in this situation.
