What a load of shite

What a load of shite. This broadband “company” were highly rated on the Uswitch website with “reviews” stating their service quality of broadband was the best in my postcode area in Leicester LE5. After switching from sky who’s WIFI is 10 times worse I chose to take the leap of faith and join 4th Utility based on the True pilot reviews and overall score. What a mistake that was. Either the reviews for this company are fake or they are paying people to write them. The Google reviews with a 3.1 rating is more accurate though I would say it should be more like 1.1 star. I am absolutely fed up with these companies claiming they have the best customer service and the have the best broadband when this is far from the truth. I am supposed to getting 1000mbps per second but I am constantly getting drop outs in service and originally complained following my poor experience with the installation and the lack of service and speeds I was getting and advised them that I will cancel in my 14 day cooling off period if they didn’t sort the issue out. They soon got things fixed and I was up and running. Coincidentally after the 14 day cooling off period my speeds and the services have been consistently disrupted and sometimes in the middle of me watching a movie with my family. I Can’t get hold of anyone to speak to by phone now but somehow I was able to get them on the phone when I was in my “cooling off period”. I find that typical for what I think is a joke of a broadband provider. I will now have to complain to ofcom and the communications ombudsman to get these clowns to fix my broadband. I really hope that after reading this review they pull their socks up and deal with this problem I’m having. Someone from their technical department needs to ring me ASAP to discuss fixing my broadband. Anyone who’s thinking of joining this broadband network don’t waste your time and energy. As soon as I am out of contract or once Ofcom advise me I can leave their network without charges with them failing to provide the service I signed up for I will be switching again. The question really is who do you switch to? It seems that all the company’s must be paying to have their firms names in lights and consumers can’t even trust Uswitch. It’s all a money game for them for who can get the most customers to sign up. Once you sign up everything falls apart. Who regulates these clowns?I would definitely NOT recommend this company’s services.
