I’ve been extremely disappointed with the service levels from 4th Utility. The IP address my connection is assigned keeps showing as being outside the UK, which means several apps and services block access because they think I’m abroad.When I raised this issue, the only solution they offered was to keep turning my router off for five minutes at a time in the hope of randomly getting a different IP address. That’s not a fix—it’s an inconvenience. To make matters worse, they refuse to provide a static IP address unless I pay an additional monthly fee, which feels unreasonable given that the issue is caused by their network setup in the first place.Overall, the service has been unreliable and the support unhelpful. For the price, I expect much better. I wouldn’t recommend 4th Utility based on my experience so far.
