This is a mixed review. My internet was down for just over 8 days. I had to ring every day (except Sunday). The problem was with CityFibre but the problem would be fixed for a couple hours if I was lucky and then go down again. Every time I rang there was a long wait to get through to someone and every time the response was someone will come out tomorrow, there's nothing else that can be done. On day 8 when I rang I spoke to Matt. He was the first properly helpful person I spoke to and turned everything around. He was the first person to apologise for the amount of time I spent on the phone waiting to speak to someone and the first person to properly apologise for how long it was taking to fix the problem. Matt was the first person to say he would keep me updated and he made sure to do this. The problem was fixed the next day while I was out and Matt rang me to inform me that the problem had been fixed and it was all showing as working at his end. He also told me to come back to him if it there were any problems when I got home. Poor service from 4th Utility until I spoke to Matt, 5 stars for him, thank you.
