Company only interested in new sales. Aftercare is non existent. Router supplied is woefully bad. Currently paying for 1GB connection and getting approx 40mb via WiFi whilst standing by the router. Want to change payment date, but this can only be done by phone. Impossible to talk to anyone in customer service therefore impossible to satisfy this simple request. Website is shockingly bad.Have spent many hours on hold without getting through to customer service at all.1 star given because zero stars isn't an option.Avoid avoid avoid.
