Having had a good set up with 4th Utility a couple of years ago, but not without a few hiccups, I am beyond disappointed with my contract now. I am half way through a 24 month contract, of which 12 months were discounted. My monthly cost has increased by £10 per month. I've just tried to reduce my speed to lower the cost as there are no further discounts available (new customers can get my package for £13 cheaper per month), but there is nothing they can do to help. I would have to pay the full 12 months left on the contract to exit. Please read your contract before agreeing to anything!! The lady I spoke to was very kind, but could do nothing to help. After multiple occasions this year where we have lost signal for a couple of days at a time before 3rd party contractors could come and fix the cables, I will be leaving 4th Utility as soon as my contract ends.
