Customer service is horrendous, no on ever answers the phone in less than 30 minutes whether you call morning, afternoon or evening. The wifi rarely hit the minimum speed. When i finally got through and cancelled, i waited 2 weeks for the return packaging. I called again, the cancellation is still in review and no timeline given. I am now expected to hold onto a router that i don't need, until they decide to do whatever they need to do on their end. SAVE YOURSELF TIME, pay a slightly higher price for Broadband, go somewhere else.
