Here is my 3rd one star review. I will write one every day. Everybody needs to see how hopeless this company is. AVOID !! AVOID !! AVOID !! AVOID !! AVOID !! AVOID !! Do not, under any circumstances sign up to this provider. You will pay for the worst broadband and customer service ever.Don’t believe me? Check out all the negative reviews. Everyone says the same thing. Broadband drops every 5 minutes. Slow broadband. Hopeless customer service. Hours spent phoning to complain. No action taken. No email to complain to…. The list is endless.2 official complaints sent, no response.10 weeks of hopeless internet connection. Threats of charging me over £500 for leaving.Every reply to these reviews asks me to make contact with them… why should I waste my time calling you and waiting on the phone another 30-40 minutes. I expect a manager to call me and sort these issues out. They have my details, but never call or email to make things right. Next move is to report them to ofcom, and BBC Watchdog. There’s something not right here and 4th Utility needs investigating and shutting down
