Had my Internet installed 2 weeks ago. The technician installed it in a room that apparently had amazing signal. I now have no Internet in other rooms of my flat. The only way around this is to pull the router into the middle of the hallway from the room they installed the router in. This is not practical whatsoever as you need to step over the router and are now unable to close the door due to the 3 wires running from the router into the room.Customer service are diabolical. I have called 5 times in the past two weeks and each time I was on hold for over an hour. Three times the call was cut out after being on hold and twice I was answered and told there was nothing they can do. On top of this i have sent an email to 4th utility over a week ago outlining the issues and have not even had a response to say the email had been picked up.AVOID AVOID AVOID.
