Cancelled my contract before it started as I found a better deal. They still proceeded to send the router and have not arranged a collection for it.They've sent me multiple emails saying I haven't paid the bill... I've called twice regarding these emails... both times I was waiting in queue for 30minutes.Both times they said I'll be removed from their system and mailing list but I'm still getting the emails
