Cancelled after first week. Couldn't login to Disney+, so did a speed check and it was 18 mbps, was meant to have 150 mbps. Supposed to get my payment refunded for cancelling within 14 days, I didn't even though my account has been credited I have never received the payment, and now after 3 months of me leaving they have contacted me wanting their equipment back or they will charge me £75. Took it to tip last week as after 3 months of not hearing anything from them I didn't think they wanted it back. They could've said when I phoned to cancel that they wanted it back but they didn't. It's cost me £96 for a week of poor broadband. Rubbish, steer well clear.
