After changing to 4th utility broadband. Service was good for 14 days then suddenly I have had a moderate internet connection. In gaming this is not good and causes lagg and disconnection issues.. Contacted customer service, and they were very very poor and of no help whatsoever after waiting on their phone line for over 30 mins on multiple occasions. You would think they would know what a moderate connection means and how to rectify it, but No, they don't have a f'in clue how to sort it. Giving them 7 days to sort or I will cancel the direct debit and go elsewhere.
