I called customer services asy wifi connection has been intermittent and dropping out (very very annoyingly) every 1-5 minutes. We are talking perfect speeds one moment and then zero connection the next. The nice chap told me that he could see there was connection inconsistencies when he did his tests and then said he would reboot from his end and that should stabilize the connection..which it did...for 12 hours...only now for the same in/out connection to occur. Customer services closed after 3pm on Sunday doesn't help me. I purposefully went for fibre and top speeds package to ensure I can stream without problem and so this is unacceptable. Based upon my experience so far...nearly very good ("when" it works)...but you can't wait 10 times for reconnection when you want to enjoy a movie on a day off...so sadly I can't recommend and of issue not resolved will be asking for no-fault cancellation of my contract (as they are not providing the service advertised.
