They have out of blue canceled my subscription leaving me without internet connection for the weekend. When I called customer support, I was told that someone will give me a call back, but I still haven't heard anything. Overall really unresponsive, the customer support are playing "blame game", it wasn't me, it was someone else, and at the end of the day the issues remain unresolved. I decided to go with them as a third option, something different from the main ISPs, but same result - unreliable, hard to reach customer support.Alex
