This morning my wifes car unexpectidly had the suspension spring burst and other issues just as she was about to drive off to work from our home. I called the AA to assist and within only 30 minutes a lovely gent called Gordon rolled up. Very pleasant and quickly he assessed the problem, temp fixed and arranged to follow my wife to the nearest garage. He truly saved our bacon this morning and on behalf of my wife and I want to thank Gordon once more for his quick, kind and professional assistance in getting the car repaired safely and quickly.
