They barely deserve one star. I was in a car accident, called the AA my insurer to report the accident. I asked for a recovery vechile to be sent. They did not do this. I had to go to my own expense to hire a recovery vehicle. Also they made no offer of support showed zero empathy, and no courtesy car was forthcoming. I called them in total 4 times to complain but was dealt with my kids in call centre filling out forms, and offering no actual help. Don’t trust this insurer.
