Booked brakes to be changed in a week and half for Friday. Got a call Tuesday saying mechanic has phoned in sick for the rest of the week?? Is there no one else?? They rebooked for Tuesday so had to phone and change as I work Tuesday, more effort. Guy on the phone id give 1/10 for enthusiasm, no apology.
Booked again for following Friday. Got an email Thursday saying payment wasnt set up correctly and appointment was now cancelled. No option to correct payment details even though it was all set up originally 2 weeks ago, I could see it pending my bank. Due to be taken upon job completion.
Complete waste of time.
