I broke down on the M11 at roundabout 3 PM. called the AA out and they pinpointed me couldn’t understand the gentleman that I was speaking to cause he had a broken English, which was very frustrating as I was on the motorway and very frightened,the patrol never came until two hours later the AA phoned me up to say that they was on their way between 10 and 20 minutes but they couldn’t find me so could I please pinpoint them again then 10 minutes later the AA phoned me up again and said that the driver can’t find me so could I dropped a pin point again, with all this technology in this world,and they couldn’t find me,I was waiting on a motorway for two hours. This is not acceptable. I was alone woman on her own with numerous people stopping behind me,I was very frightened and worried for my safety.
