Been sent to these people multiple times & have actually done nothing months go by without hearing from anyone including own advocate. Its turns out staff delete these messages to antagonise users & pretend they've not.Abuse people with mental health No empathy no real training In the last 7 months done absolutely nothing. Not even arranged 3 way call for ombudman? People always off sick? Time & time again? Delay you're case if you complain about their unprofessional service or unprofessional advocates & I've unfortunately had several.Who don't want to write you're complaint down THEY ACTUALLY TAKE YOURE VOICE AWAY... one of the services they claim to offer independently....Years later still not helped with letters or complaints abouts NHS? Funded by same people not independently run. Definitely NOT independent.. keep changing names but same poor service from same poor staff Totally disrespectful & neglectfulPostcode hell hole but could just be another unfit for purpose charity funded by taxpayers set up by our own fraudulent government
