I placed a large order thinking I would get a free item for each supplement, but I only received one free item. I'm hesitant to make more large orders in the future. I had hoped to stock up. They had a similar promotion before, but when I placed this recent order, it didn't seem to work in the app. I reached out to customer service for clarification and learned that only one supplement would be free, unlike the previous offer. I'm disappointed, especially since I missed out on another deal due to the delay in receiving my order. The seller only offers store credit, which means I wouldn't get a refund if I refuse this order or encounter an issue.
