Review Time
The delivery took around 3 weeks, which isn't something I worry about, but the site does mention fast shipping. I ordered three items. 1.) Two bags of coffee. The coffee is fantastic—definitely a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ with great flavor, but it's not overly dark. 2.) Methylene blue... I've been using this for a couple of years and have tried five different brands. This particular one doesn't appeal to me at all. Many people might be attracted to its deep blue color, but that doesn't really mean much. If you want a blue tongue, this could be the brand for you. 3.) Methylene red... also a bit disappointing. I didn't notice any effects. It has a pleasant taste, but no results. Maybe it's just not suitable for me. I wouldn't purchase the Methylene blue or red again, but I will definitely be buying the coffee again. I'm not entirely sure about the purchase dates, maybe it was at the end of October.
The products are decent. However, the Methylene Blue does not provide the energy boost as advertised. My partner and I both take three droppers, and don't get me started on that dropper; it only delivers about half a dose. My main issue with the seller is the lengthy delivery time of three weeks. If a product isn't available, that should be communicated at checkout. They claim it's mentioned on their website, but I don't refer to that. It's disappointing that items can arrive faster from overseas than from just a state away. On a positive note, their customer service was quick and polite in their responses, but excuses don't sit well with me. I've canceled my monthly subscription and will likely look elsewhere for my orders.
I ordered Methylene Blue on December 22nd and received an email from the seller on December 30th indicating my order was shipped. It took 8 days to ship. USPS tracking shows a delivery date of January 6th after 8 PM, making it a total of 15 days to receive my order. I understand it's the holiday season, but even accounting for that, it shouldn't take this long. I ordered from another platform four times since December 22nd and received everything in 3 to 4 days. I chose to support the seller because I wanted to help, but this experience is too frustrating for me to order again. I gave one star for now, and if I eventually receive the Methylene Blue and it works, I might update my review with more stars.
I really appreciate the products, and my partner does too; they are quite beneficial. However, I'm unhappy with how the sales advertisement is presented on the show. It seemed misleading. There was a promotion claiming BOGO on all supplements, implying that every supplement would come with a free item, but it wasn't clear that only one free item is offered regardless of the order size. I placed a large order thinking I would get a free item for each supplement, but I only received one free item. I'm hesitant to make more large orders in the future. I had hoped to stock up. They had a similar promotion before, but when I placed this recent order, it didn't seem to work in the app. I reached out to customer service for clarification and learned that only one supplement would be free, unlike the previous offer. I'm disappointed, especially since I missed out on another deal due to the delay in receiving my order. The seller only offers store credit, which means I wouldn't get a refund if I refuse this order or encounter an issue.
I admire the seller and enjoy the show. However, I have mixed feelings about the store. I like the products, but there are significant issues with the VIP membership. The VIP credits you earn can only be spent on select items, which isn't clearly advertised. Additionally, it's quite challenging to figure out how to access those credits. It's all very confusing. Other than that, the products are good.

As a proud supporter from Long Island NY, I've purchased supplements, T-shirts, and an amazing hoodie from the seller, and I won't buy T-shirts from anyone else again. Their T-shirts are excellent, and the hoodie holds up exceptionally well in the wash. The Ultimate Lifeforce product is also outstanding. The best part is the customer service; they always respond to emails promptly and are incredibly friendly! I only wish they offered work clothing, as I would wear nothing else. Great job!
