Upon purchasing an exclusive prize Hatsune miku figurine i left a kind message, asking to please carefully package the figurine (as it was sold out everywhere and unable to get replacements if the worst came to happen)Funny enough, they delayed shipping the order by months, by the time everyone on social media got their hands on their figurine i was getting clowned by these guys when they guaranteed that the pre-order figurine would get shipped the day it releases.Thats the smallest issue here though, because when the goddamn figurine arrived it came in fu€K|ng black sticky FOIL plastic full of tape, there are no words for me to explain how much of a low effort bu!!sh!t they did with packing it BECAUSE IT WASNT EVEN PACKED IT WAS JUST COVERED IN BLACK PETROL SMELLING PLASTIC, not in a cardboard box, no padding NOTHING.And obviously the box, i would have loved to use to display the figurine was completely creased ripped, it was pretty much destroyed.So naturally i asked for a replacement, since i was not promised their "years of experience packaging figurines" ofcourse i was not happy but maintained my composure. They demanded the figurine back and that they would give me a refund, or i had the absolute joke of an option to get a 5% partial refund of the figurines cost. I told them, that is not possible as i was heavly charged custom duties tax with the figurine, so i would still loose money even if i did a full refund and send back the figurine.THE OWNERThe biggest clown of them all, they transfered me the owner in the live chat, and he then boldly says that he didnt believe i was charged with custom duties and accused me of lying straight off the bat!!!! I offered him proof as i would send them through email, he didnt want it. He then explains that he cannot give me more than a partial refund as they would loose their gained profit from it??????Now hold up. He really thinks.. that this is my problem??? They mess up with toddler level packaging and acts like i should favour his business?? As if i should be concerned about it??And thats the end of that i left the chat as this wasnt going anywhere and clearly noticed unprofessionalism or care for their customers.Do not buy from them. These guys as a business and employees are the worst joke on earth. This happened months back but had still been enraged about it and finally decided to write this review.i still cannot believe that they just used some thin black smelly plastic wrap around the figurines box and sent it like that prior to saying that they have "years of experience safely packaging figures"By far the worst store i have ever used
