The company blamed their supplier for failing to deliver the goods that were paid for some three months prior. The company then said that they would refund the money within 7-10 working days. Some 17 working days later (23 actual days) the money had not been returned. When you try and call, you get an answer machine message stating that the shop "our phone lines are currently open from 0900 to 1400 Tuesday-Friday, please call back during these hours". They also seem to be somewhat reluctant to answer emails. I am still waiting for a reply to an email sent 23 days ago asking for information as to which account the money was being returned to. Draw your own conclusions. It seems that recourse to the legal process may well be the only means of receiving the money.
