Purchased items but no delivery

I ordered a bow and bolts, paid for both the product and shipping, and after 2 weeks, I still haven't heard from them. They told me to pay the courier directly and that I'd be refunded later. I found this unacceptable, and the representative implied I wouldn’t receive my order.

Order confirmation but no follow-up

My daughter placed an order on January 5th and received confirmation, but since then, we’ve had no updates. The website is down, and phone calls go unanswered. One suggestion was to send a signed letter giving them 28 days to fulfill the order or issue a refund.

Delayed delivery and poor communication

I ordered a bag that was listed as in stock on December 2nd, but it only arrived in the second week of January. Despite my attempts to cancel the order before it shipped, I received no response. The courier dropped it off and left, denying me the chance to refuse it. I’ve reached out for a refund with no answer. Avoid this seller.
