After paying an arm and a leg to get what looked to be a pretty warm jacket turned out to an undersized, not warm (Canada worthy) and to top it off a fake. The “sown” on A on the sleeve was GLUED ON!!!! Yes, you read that a right.. after spending over $1300 cdn dollars on a jacket I received a FAKE. The way they decided to fix this issue was to offer me a refund and keep the fake cra* they sent lol horrible experience and horrible company overall. No values. My Canada goose has last me over 7 years! I’d post pictures if I could.
