Purchased the commando jacket from Flannels. Looks good but the textile performance is inadequate and not fit for purpose for the inflated price and for the way it is described. The fabric used is exceptionally poor and offers no durability or protection. No care or content label in the jacket. Absence of which is breach of Textile Products (Labelling and Fibre Composition) Regulations 2012. Reported to trading standards because Flannels customer service are unethical and irresponsible. Flannels being the worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid this brand and Flannels.

Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing!No fabric label in the jacket, against Trading Standards, Customer Services could not tell me what the fabric is, real fur? Down? Nylon? No idea how to care for it.Frasers were fantastic, Arctic Army, well, the whole interaction was just odd! And they couldn’t answer a question clearly, then copy and pasted generic responds.Definitely not worth the money. Not enough down/fulling, especially at the elbow join. Got a North Face, much better.Wondering if it’s real fur then and they done want to tell anyone, who knows! Not fabric label!Buy wisely everyone! If Customer Service is a reflection of the quality of the jackets, then all very poor.
I bought an Artic Army bomber jacket valued £500. The jacket has no information whatsoever about materials used and care for. I was expecting something of quality to wear for winter warmth…. It’s like a polyester fleece. Really disappointed and feel cheated
Thought I was getting a good coat for winter! Worn 3 times and been in touch with customer service as quality is questionable! Hole appeared in arm! Return for inspection even though all photos proof of purchase provided. Avoid using this company as bad customer service! Not helpful and thrown money away
It's okay - paid £130 for a long gilet 'in the sale' and, based on the materials used, it's not worth a penny more than that at its full price imho. I was looking for the equivalent of a Canada goose or Pajar gilet, but without the brand. It's nothing like them in terms of quality and warmth it's more like something you would get from Next or a sports shop. I'm not returning it as I threw the plastic bag out and I've read the horror stories on here to say it will be rejected. Not really that pleased with it as starting price seems a complete con.
The jackets are good but I don’t believe the jackets used to be for close to £1,000 when not using real fur or goose down I’d rather just spend an extra amount for a jacket that includes these qualities. Like I said, the quality is great but I don’t see how it stands out to its competitors when using basic materials.
Having purchased a jacket online, I decided it was unsuitable, so returned it in its original condition, with original tags in its original packaging.Upon receipt of the jacket, Arctic Army notified me that the jacket did not meet the return requirements and that the jacket had been damaged. I completely refuted these allegations knowing that I had not mishandled the jacket in any way and despite my protests, Arctic Army refused me a refund, the jacket was returned to me. Upon receipt, I inspected the jacket and could find no signs of damage!This situation is extremely frustrating and supports my continued arguments that the jacket left my possession in its original condition! This appears to be a deliberate and fraudulent attempt to deny their customer of their right to an unconditional refund. To date, this situation is unresolved!
