I placed an order on 25/11/2025 and after 10 days of no updates, I followed up. I received an email from a representative and now keep getting various updates showing the package on different flights and at 'processing hubs' without clear location details. It's now 14/12/2025 with no delivery. Tracking indicates it’s at yet another 'processing hub'. I advise against this company as it seems either a scam or they take far too long to deliver. I plan to request a refund soon, but based on other reviews, I'm not optimistic!
