I ordered a specific paint set, but the set I received was problematic, with paint settled and dried in many bottles. I reached out for help, but was told this was normal and to scrape the pigment out, which is absurd for airbrush paints. After multiple emails requesting a refund with no response, I'm left frustrated. I won't be ordering from them again and will advise others to avoid them as well.
