I received numerous tracking numbers that led to nowhere; first one carrier, then another, claiming the tracking number was invalid! I spent a considerable amount and received no support. I plan to file a claim soon. I won't order again and will switch to a different brand. Can't evaluate the product!

I used a spray primer and have experience with spray painting miniatures. After shaking the can well and keeping it at a proper distance, I primed around 20 miniatures from different games. The primer was ineffective, producing small droplets that dried to a chalky finish, ruining the miniatures. I've never encountered anything like this; it felt like the paint was nearly dry during application. I won't use this brand again. It didn't prime, it ruined my miniatures, leaving me with a lot of cleanup work ahead. A waste of time and money.
I pre-ordered paint along with other items and had to wait weeks for delivery. When my package arrived, it was missing the individual paint items I ordered. When I reached out for clarification, the response was that they were sold out. What kind of service sells items that have already been paid for?
