There is zero customer support. No one answers the phone, and email responses took five days. After placing a significant order, I noticed an incorrect delivery address—a mistake from years ago. I quickly tried to call, but there was no answer. I sent an email explaining the issue within minutes of ordering and followed up multiple times, but received no response. I only got a reply after responding to an order confirmation email. They informed me that my order was packed and collected within minutes, but I have not received any confirmation or tracking information. The delivery address has not received any packages from the courier. It seems like this service took advantage of the situation to increase profits while blaming the customer. I am now seeking a refund through my bank and will never use them again.
