We ordered a sectional and received it recently, but they failed to deliver the wedge piece, leaving our order incomplete. When we contacted customer service, they admitted the missing piece was not included and informed us we would have to wait until mid-January to receive it. Their service is lacking; our emails go unanswered, and the chat support just transferred me without any resolution. During this busy holiday season, I find myself explaining to everyone that this store is not worth purchasing from!
