Never again!

Ordered on 4-9-15. Received on 7-7-15. You do the math. Clueless customer service people just repeating what I could see on the website about delivery times. I did get an email finally from "Brenda Cabrera" on 6-10-15 saying the chair would ship the week of 6-15-15. Big lie.

As to the chair, it's very uncomfortable. The foam is so hard that it forms pressure points on the back of my head. Worse is the recline release which, instead of the usual handle, is a parachute ripcord-like device HIDDEN DOWN IN THE CRACK BETWEEN THE SEAT AND THE CHAIR ARMS!!! Even worse is the discomfort of the chair arms. Both arms contain a hinged storage compartment. They're hard, square-edged and uncomfortable in the extreme. And WORSE OF ALL is the "table" which stores in one of the seat arm compartments. When loaded into its chromed pin receiver, the table sits at such an angle that NOTHING WILL STAY ON IT. Everything slides off immediately onto the floor: Remote controls, cups or glasses of liquid.

The only thing positive I can say is that the chair looks nice. But as soon as you sit on it, faults begin to be glaringly obvious. I knew in 10 minutes that I'd waited way too long for something I don't really want in my house. DO. NOT. ORDER. ANYTHING. FROM. THEATER SEAT STORE~!!!!!!.
