I bought 6 Theater Seats; they arrived as promised, boxes intact, as i assembled them, 1 of the 6 was defective, put together wrong and did not recline; tried to contact the company multiple times; no response... i mean none. Filed a Dispute with AMEX, for 1/6 the cost... to cover the 1 seat that was defective... They called me in 3 days... apologizing and promising to fix it, they said they ordered the part, and scheduled the tech; requested that I resolve the dispute; taking them at their word, I called AMEX and resolved so they could release funds.... big mistake; tech showed up, parts were not corrected, but he tried to fix it any way; he was able to partially fix it but the recline still does not come all the way up and does not stay up like the other chairs..... they should have replaced the chair; i paid for 6 brand new chair; not 5 new and one re-conditioned chairs..... i have been trying to get them to come out now for a month; no response... once they have your money the game is over with these guys..... it may be better to go with a local store and pay the premium instead of all the heart ache... i am taking the trouble to write this as it may save someone else the trouble of doing business with these guys.
