I placed an order for a specific product on November 26th but never received a confirmation email. My account indicates the order remains unfulfilled. When I contacted customer support on December 2nd, they attributed the delay to a busy Black Friday period, despite my order being placed beforehand. As of December 9th, it still hasn’t shipped, and I’m frustrated with the lack of communication. They frequently send promotional messages, which only adds to my annoyance. If my product isn’t delivered by next Monday, I will seek a refund—let's see how swiftly that is handled!
