I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I placed my order over two weeks ago and have not received it. I tried calling for updates, but no one answered. When I emailed, I received a generic response citing the busy Black Friday period. I expect my order to be delivered immediately, or I will escalate the issue with my bank!
The products are truly exceptional. The body oil has transformed my dry skin, and I feel confident showing my arms. I've also explored other items like the body and face moisturizers, which are delightful, and I've really enjoyed the facial oils. The eye concealer is impressive as well. I used to be a premium user of much more expensive products, but I've switched to these. My only minor issue is that some fragrances are a bit strong, but I've adapted quickly!

When I contacted customer support on December 2nd, they attributed the delay to a busy Black Friday period, despite my order being placed beforehand. As of December 9th, it still hasn’t shipped, and I’m frustrated with the lack of communication. They frequently send promotional messages, which only adds to my annoyance. If my product isn’t delivered by next Monday, I will seek a refund—let's see how swiftly that is handled!

I've sent numerous emails without any resolution. It would be better if the service allowed payments via card or alternative methods.
