I ordered two full-sized products as part of a Black Friday deal on November 29th. I received a confirmation email the next day and was billed promptly. However, I have yet to receive anything. I've previously ordered without issues, so this has been very disappointing. The company should either send my items or issue a refund immediately. I've received no order details or updates this time, which is frustrating.
