I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I placed my order over two weeks ago and have not received it. I tried calling for updates, but no one answered. When I emailed, I received a generic response citing the busy Black Friday period. I expect my order to be delivered immediately, or I will escalate the issue with my bank!
