My hot tub purchase experience was great. They kept me updated on the status of my hot tub and when I could expect it to be delivered. The hot tub was delivered on the exact date they promised. The delivery driver was kind enough to deliver the hot tub to the back of my house and even placed it on my back porch where we wanted it installed. The hot tub has been great.
