My experience with this company was very disappointing. I tried to return my kit after not seeing any results, and this is what I was told: To qualify for the Growth Guarantee, you must purchase specific products and use them as directed for 5 consecutive months. This requires an initial order plus 4 monthly auto-renewals, along with monthly progress photos. If you do all of this, they may refund you for one month of products. It feels like a scam! Please be careful before committing.
