They contacted me fast and conveniently. I've never in my life had a company do that. They usually take 3-5 business days. They responded within 20 mins. If not less. The product smells amazing. This is my first big online order purchase. I usually don't trust online stuff. Too much hassle. But beard club clearly cares and clearly have integrity. Keep up the great work. You guys are awesome.
Experienced some problems with shipping with a third-party reached out to the beard club. They got back to me did their part on investigating the problem reached back out with a positive outcome sent another box truly grateful for the customer service I received will continue to use this company because of the customer service other companies should learn a thing or two from the beard club
I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, but I didn't receive any confirmation regarding a subscription for ongoing deliveries and charges. He has just started using it and really enjoys the products so far. However, I wasn't planning on a subscription and noticed a payment I wasn't aware of. The support team responded promptly to my concerns about the deduction, canceled my order as I requested, and processed a refund. Customer service is very important to me. If he continues to like the products, I’m sure we’ll make another purchase.
