My experience with this service has been quite disappointing. I tried to return my kit after not seeing results, and I was informed that to qualify for the Growth Guarantee, I needed to purchase specific products and use them for 5 consecutive months. This requires an initial order plus 4 auto-renewals and monthly progress photos. If I meet these conditions, they may refund one month of products. This feels deceptive! Please be cautious before engaging.
