I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, but I didn't receive any confirmation regarding a subscription for ongoing deliveries and charges. He has just started using it and really enjoys the products so far. However, I wasn't planning on a subscription and noticed a payment I wasn't aware of. The support team responded promptly to my concerns about the deduction, canceled my order as I requested, and processed a refund. Customer service is very important to me.
