I placed an order on December 19, 2025, with overnight priority delivery. A label wasn't created on Monday, which I can understand due to the weekend. However, it has now been over a week since I placed the order, and I've been trying to cancel it. Unfortunately, I've been dealing with an ineffective AI that won't let me speak to a real person. It states there's no cancellation policy but says I can return the product if I want. How can I return something I haven't received yet? On top of that, they want to charge an additional fee for a return label and box. Eventually, I had to go to my bank to file a fraud charge and explain the entire situation, and thankfully they took care of it.
